Halloween White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting

1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix

1 egg

1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin or 1- 3/4 cups fresh pumpkin puree

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon allspice or pumpkin pie spice

Frosting:

canned cream cheese frosting
yellow and red food coloring to tint orange
Halloween sprinkles

Preheat panggangan to 350 degrees. Parchment lined cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix, egg. spices and pumpkin until well blended. Fold in the chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls or a melon ball scooper onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake until middles are set around 11 minutes.
Cool, frost and decorate.
