Slice the potato top and bottom to be flat. Cut a round hole on the top center to add green leafy lettuce for the top.
Crave the potato as you would a pumpkin using triangular shapes for eyes nose and mouth. You can make them scary or cute. (You can draw it on there first with the edge of you knife.)
Microwave the potato. Place on the plate. Brush with butter laying it down and sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar.
