I always loved the twist pasta as a chili. It's hard to find sometime. It's called fusilli twist pasta.
I love all kinds of fun shapes and so do my grandchildren. They love pasta of any kind but I love to find the shapes that remind me of my own childhood. It brings comforting thoughts to the dinner table and good conversation about grandma and my mom.
These with chili are a good old fashioned comfort food. Fills you up, keeps you warm and pefect for a chilly day.
A great use to use up chili from the day before too. I love to repurpose leftovers!

Twist Pasta with Chili Recipe
ingredients:
instructions:
1 lb of twist pasta or rotelli pasta
1 recipe of Italian Style Chili
1 lb of shredded mozzarella cheese
grating cheese, shredded cheddar
(optional) red pepper flakes , sour cream
Boil pasta till al dente, drain. Mix the pasta with Italian Style Chili sprinkle with cheeses of choice and red pepper.
Serve with crusty garlic bread, corn bread or bread sticks.
