It's not an Italian household without meatballs for breakfast so those are frying getting ready for a plate! Appetizers are a big deal before our meals. We love all kinds of vegetables, meats and foods to pick on.

These are many suggestions for building your wood serving boards:





Cheeses: mozzarella balls, extra sharp provolone, brie, extra sharp cheddar, Parmesan coated with black pepper or espresso coated parmesan (in the photo), Swiss, Gouda or any kinds that are easily cut into slices and cubes for your boards.
