1 fresh lemon sliced dipped in sugar on both sides
fresh kuman leaves around 3 or 4 torn
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 cloves minced garlic

Cook pasta, drain, toss in 2 tablespoons butter, set aside.
In a large fry pan, saute the broccoli in 4 tablespoons olive oil. Add the minced garlic for around 1 minute stirring.
Add the cooked chicken, torn basil, salt, pepper to taste, lemon juice, butter, wine, olive oil and pasta water to the broccoli and chicken pan. Cook for around 10 minutes on low.
Toss the cooked pasta in the chicken broccoli mixture, add cheeses.
Sprinkle top with more mozzarella. Garnish with lemon slices and whole kuman leaves. We like red pepper flakes on top also.
